Mr. Eberenz has 40 years of leadership and executive experience. In a broad executive career he has experience in marketing, sales, leadership. He has held positions in franchise companies from CFO to President and Chairman of the Board.
His broad experience brings strategic insights to clients that allow him to focus on what their goals and objectives are and assist in designing a franchise company that meets those criteria. Success is measured by different people in different ways and goals come in short term and long term forms that have to be focused on what the clients perceives as the goals and what success means to them.
One of the valuable assets to clients is the opportunity that Mr. Eberenz has had in developing the internal business functions and leadership in over 200 companies. He has coached thousands of executives in implementing new business management systems and methodology including Kinko’s, Trader Joe’s, Empire Machinery, and Pinkerton Security outside of franchising so that he can bring those skills to franchisors.
In franchising he became a key board member and strategic/operational consultant to Realty Executives International and over 26 years guided them from a small local company to over 900 franchisees in 18 countries. For the last 15 years he has been the strategic consultant to Precision Holdings of Brevard, Inc. (Precision Door Service) as they have grown to a highly successful national franchisor. He now serves as Chairman of the Board and strategic advisor.
Eberenz is a founder of the Merger Acquisition Roundtable, the former head of the Arizona Franchisor’s Association and Member of Business Advisory Services and Association for Corporate Growth. He is on the Board of Directors of the Not-For-Profit Beatitudes Campus of Care a large senior living center where he has successfully franchised the dementia unit known as Comfort Matters®.
The challenges and accomplishment derived from re-energizing, accelerating growth and restructuring companies is a major motivator for Mr. Eberenz and he has used that experience to assist and educate groups and companies nationwide. He has presented programs for the International Franchise Association, state franchise groups and business development groups and is an instructor for the International School of Entrepreneurship in Franchising and Merger Acquisition. He is member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Arizona Business Leadership, Eliances and other civic and business groups.
Mr. Eberenz is a graduate of the Syracuse University Whitman School of Management and resides in Phoenix, AZ.
